Make no mistake, meditation requires time and energy. You must be motivated to change and continue the practice of meditation on scripture. There is work involved in changing your brain and thought patterns. Research shows 12 minutes a day will show functional changes in the brain in 6 weeks. Commit to practicing scripture meditation for at least 6 weeks. In most cases, people can feel the benefits before 6 weeks.
